"We loved it here. Such an amazing place. It’s remote, but the signage was good and our driver found it. Probably best to get there during the day. We took a chocolate making class and went on the night walk in the jungle. It is an eco resort, so don’t expect hot showers, which is usually a deal breaker for me. But the place was so nice we were very happy we stayed here. "

"Friendly staff and free airport transfers. Nice grounds and areas with plenty of comfortable chairs.
Room could be a bit chilly, but there is the option to borrow a heater.
There was a wedding reception the first night, with music until 2am, although it was some distance from my room so not loud. Otherwise generally very quiet."
"I checked with the airport tourist assistance. They called Holiday inn, and a rep was sent to great us in the airport. My friend was handicapped, so it was very helpful for him to remain sitting until the rep arrived a few minutes later to show us the way."

"Lovely grounds! Great place for a stay in Quito. Very nice staff who gave us a ride to the airport. The property is peaceful (except when the neighbors were blaring their music outdoors--although the hotel is obviously well-insulated, because we could not hear it in the rooms.) We were passing through, but I wish we could have had time to just enjoy the outdoors."
